It’s a fast-paced role, where you would be the first point of contact. You would be dealing with internal and external customers, taking and managing customer order requirements and processing orders within SAP system. In addition to completing customer required documentation.

**Hours**: Days, Monday to Friday

8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

**Summary of core responsibilities**:

- Processing customer delivery needs and processing call offs
- Liaising with Customer contacts locally and centrally, as well as completing Customer required documentation
- Organising and processing internally required documentation
- Processing customer orders and customer Service requirements
- Interpreting customer forecasts and taking action
- Meeting sales targets
- Solving customer invoice queries
- Managing stock levels
- Producing customer stock sheets
- Support on customer complaints process
