Becoming a Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience consultant will mean joining the Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience Global Practice which is an independent and an in-house team of 700+ people working seamlessly across the globe ( New York, Dallas, London and Paris ). We have developed a 360° expertise from strategies, operating models, Executive-level supports to Red teaming, security architecture with a focus on major transformation programs .
At the crossroads of management and digital consulting, you will assist large organizations - including FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and CAC40 clients - in their most critical transformations. You will be responsible for delivering pragmatic and agile cybersecurity and/or operational resilience strategies that align client priorities and support top management in achieving their security target on 3 different types of engagements :
Identity and access management, IT and OT cybersecurity convergence, IoT security & product security office, Third party risk management, etc.
Cybersecurity and/or operational resilience convergence, Strategy & roadmap, Risk management & compliance, Program development & management, etc.
Managing engagements (totally or partially depending on your level of experience) with our clients, responsible for the day to day running of the engagements, including developing strategic recommendations and guidance, and ensure the highest quality service for our clients.
Participating in the business development activity of the global practice which will include full lifecycle from pre-sales support, identification of cyber opportunities & scope the delivery phase of engagements
Based on your profile and background, contribute to various internal activities (Career development, Thought leadership, etc.)
We are recruiting across several levels of seniority from Senior Consultants to Manager.
5-10 years consulting experience, client-facing, or equivalent (IT, management, cybersecurity).
~ Proficiency in leading strategic Cybersecurity and Operational Resilience transformations and strong technical acumen enhancing advisory credibility .
~ Project management prowess for effective transformational leadership.
~ Proven aptitude in business development , encompassing account planning, pitches, and proposals.
~ Leadership in team management, junior staff development, and coaching.
~ Crafting impactful presentations and high-quality reports.

Travel and Location
Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to live within commuting distance to the office, which is in the heart of the city of London.
Note: Mandatory 2-3 days per week in Wavestone office / client site during probation
