£This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an experienced team filled with energy and environmental specialists. The successful Environmental Specialist will have:
3+ years' experience in environmental assessment and consultancy for residential and non-residential development AND/OR experience and qualification (license) for one of the following: CEEQUAL, BREEAM, Home Quality Mark.
Project management experience, ideally for multi-service energy and environmental consultancy projects.
Working knowledge of CDM Regulations, the Building Safety Act and other relevant health and safety requirements for working on construction projects.Job responsibilities of the Senior Environmental Specialist:
Lead the delivering of environmental assessment projects
Using existing knowledge and skills to coordinate delivery of projects by more junior employees
The management and leadership of multi-disciplinary projects, responding to client briefs offering a range of innovative strategies and solutions to clients.Competitive salary
