Job Summary
The HSEQ Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards of our clients are met and exceeded. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in health, safety, and environmental management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend monthly HSE meetings to provide guidance on incidents or events and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Produce reports and identify remedial action to ensure effective implementation of HSE Management Systems.
- Audit permit to work processes and COSHH assessments to ensure compliance.
- Conduct incident investigations and review risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.
- Monitor HSE standards across the Contract and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar advisory position, preferably in an engineering or construction environment.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental processes and legislation.
- Ability to deliver HSE training to operational staff and work effectively in a team environment.
- Must have worked in the UK for the last 5 years to clear vetting.
