Job Description: As an Agency Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with leading media agencies. You will leverage your extensive digital agency sales experience, programmatic knowledge, and established contacts within the media agency groups to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the agency segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at media agency groups, fostering partnerships and driving collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum2-3 years of proven digital agency sales experience in the advertising or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Established contacts and relationships within one of the main media agency groups.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
