Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Agency Sales Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will represent the full range of our client’s advertising solutions, fostering and growing relationships with London-based Network Media Agencies and Independent Agencies. Your primary focus will be on selling digital display advertising, leveraging your experience and connections to drive sales and achieve targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers within Network Media Agencies and Independent Agencies in London.
  • Drive sales of digital display advertising, along with other advertising solutions including sponsorship, brand partnerships, and data-driven digital marketing.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company revenue goals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, product development, and data analytics to develop customized advertising solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital agency sales, with a proven track record of selling digital display advertising.
  • Established relationships with London-based Network Media Agencies and Independent Agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising solutions including display, sponsorship, brand partnerships, and data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
