MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling Health & Wellness brand. The business has doubled in size for the last 2 years and with further growth expected this year and beyond. They’re now looking to hire an Influencer Marketing Manager to devise an Influencer strategy and build strong relationships with a network of key influencers.

Main duties & responsibilities:

⭐️Research & develop a pipeline of key influencers and affiliate partners

⭐️Identify, recruit and onboard influencers and content creators

⭐️Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of these influencers

⭐️Keep a close eye on competitor activity and market trends

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️A minimum of 2 years Influencer Marketing experience

⭐️Experience working for an FMCG or Retail brand is important, ideally a start-up/challenger brand.

⭐️Extremely strong communication and organisation skills are critical for this role.

⭐️Strong data and numeracy skills are very important.

⭐️A passion for the Health, Wellness and Beauty space is important.

In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you :

⭐️Basic salary from £40k - £50k, depending upon experience.

⭐️26 days holiday + bank holidays
