This role will be based remotely, with an initial visit to the client site to collect IT equipment and for an induction day. Deliver a professional service for managers by liaising continually with Human Resources team
# Promote the development of an HR service which fosters a ‘customer service’ focus in a way which demonstrates how HR can improve the client experience
# Provide advice and guidance on Agenda for Change terms and conditions, and local agreements in place, and ensure the fair and effective operation of the organisations systems for pay and conditions
# Work with customers to ensure the development and implementation of the organisations attendance policy and procedures to minimise sickness absence
# Prepare HR reports which analyse the data and outline solutions to any identified issues or patterns

Sound understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation
# Excellent writing, report writing and presentation skills; Ability to work on own initiative and organise workload, without supervision, working to tight and often changing deadlines
