**Equans is looking for a HR Advisor **covering the Southeast and Southwest of England **to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**
The role offers hybrid working with an expectation to visits sites across the Southeast and Southwest of England when needed. Due to the locations covered, it is preferred the post holder drives and holds a clean driving license.

The post holder will have previous HR Advisor experience and have CIPD Level 5 qualification. The post holder will be organised, proactive, a team player, confident and resilient with previous experience in case management and the first point of contact. The role offers huge diversity and development potential within an experienced and support team.
As a member of the HR Team, to provide an efficient dedicated first line support to the Mid and Front-Line management population within HMCTS supporting all on HR policy and practise such as disciplinary, grievance, absence & performance management.
Responsible for the provision of HR Advisor support for people matters to a national multisite contract of circa 1400 colleagues. Supporting the HRBP, this role will specifically cover the Southern region and Support Functions circa 700 colleagues. Supporting the regional management teams to deliver improvements in culture, change management, compliance and cost control to drive improved engagement and financial results.
**What will you deliver?**
- Member of Operating Unit HR Team which collectively enables delivery of OU people plans and business as usual objectives
- Advising line managers incorporating competencies / behaviours and liaising with the resourcing team to optimise recruitment opportunities
- Generating attendance management reports and highlighting areas of concern, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery
- Advice on early stage grievance / disciplinary action including attendance at hearings as appropriate only
- Monitoring of the annual One HR PDR cycle, acting as a super-user and ensuring completion in a timely manner. (frontline trackers to be completed by contracts and sent to HRA)
- Supporting with the month end reporting process ensuring that data is collated, accurate and provided on time
- Supporting the launch of new policies & processes, conducting workshops / webex’s where appropriate
- Providing general HR assistance and acting as the link between the HR operations team and Employee Services in the SSC
- Advise line managers on employee engagement initiatives to ensure best practice
- Maintain a continuous professional development log (CPD)
- Support TUPE In’s and TUPE Out’s and act as initial contact
- Supporting the annual salary reviews, acting as the champion
- Compliance checking and review including clearances, adherence to governance and process controls and GDPR, to escalate any issues to the HRBP
- Co ordinating the REMCO process as required
- Supporting structural change and mobilisations
- Adhere to and promote compliance with the EQUANS ethics policy

**Who are we looking for?**
- Must be qualified CIPD level 5 member
- Experience in an HRA role or an FM management role
- Track-record in HR generalist and change management roles
- Some knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
- Proven ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Demonstrated practical approach to problem solving
