HRLife are working with a leading business to find them a talented HR Advisor who is highly proactive, organised, and able to work with multiple stakeholders and juggle a number of priorities at one time.

This is a broad generalist role, working with the HRBP's to provide support to managers and employees on everything HR and People - from Recruitment, ER, L&D, Reward, Performance, absence and ad hoc projects.

You will be providing day to day advice and guidance to managers and employees so it's important you have great communication skills, are commercial and data savvy, can work in a structured and organised way and can drive and own projects to ensure a successful outcome.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Support the HRBP's with all the day to day HR Advisory work - answering queries and supporting managers with absence, performance, grievances etc.
  • Project manage the data and processes for all the key annual cycles such as promotions, salary reviews performance management etc..
  • Using Workday to produce reports and provide accurate monthly reporting on headcount, attrition, retention etc.
  • Updating and reviewing all policies in line with new legislation and rolling out and embedding across the business
  • Partnering with the wider HR team on managing redundancies, restructures, TUPE and mergers as they arise
  • Supporting the reward strategy and reviewing all data around salaries, increases and bonuses.
  • Working with managers to help drive and implement a high performance culture, including talent management and succession planning processes
  • Coaching managers on performance and capability issues to drive high performance
  • Working on ad hoc projects such as D&I, wellbeing, engagement

This is a great role for an ambitious, tenacious HR generalist who is looking to further grow and learn. Working with the wider HR team, this is a great opportunity to develop and gain great exposure. Ideally you'll have worked in a larger business with a matrix structure and have previous experience of working with a real mix of stakeholders, have the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and have great excel skills with an eye for detail.
