Our client are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers worldwide. As they continue to grow, we're looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Sales Order Administrator to join the team.

Your varied role will include:

  • Compiling and distributing reports: Weekly reports based on orders due to be dispatched
  • Margin reports on sales orders
  • Liaising closely and proactively with internal teams to ensure orders are being progressed as planned & packing lists are provided in a timely manner
  • Raising commercial invoices
  • Initiating process of setting up new products
  • Checking orders against packing lists
  • Investigating errors on packing list with production
  • Providing quotations and proforma as required
  • Handling customer issues and enquiries in a timely manner via email and phone
  • Entering customer orders accurately ensuring all orders are entered within one working day

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a sales support, order processing, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
