Our client are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers worldwide. As they continue to grow, we're looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Sales Order Administrator to join the team.
Your varied role will include:
- Compiling and distributing reports: Weekly reports based on orders due to be dispatched
- Margin reports on sales orders
- Liaising closely and proactively with internal teams to ensure orders are being progressed as planned & packing lists are provided in a timely manner
- Raising commercial invoices
- Initiating process of setting up new products
- Checking orders against packing lists
- Investigating errors on packing list with production
- Providing quotations and proforma as required
- Handling customer issues and enquiries in a timely manner via email and phone
- Entering customer orders accurately ensuring all orders are entered within one working day
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a sales support, order processing, or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
