Finance Administrator
Job Type: Part-time
We are seeking a diligent Finance Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, ensuring accurate financial records, processing member expenses, and assisting with branch finances. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial processes and a commitment to improving procedures.
Manage member expenses, including compliance checks, authorisation, and booking travel arrangements, while applying correct budget/cost codes.
Assist branches with account creation, quarterly returns, and provide guidance on financial rules and policies.
Conduct random and scheduled audits of branch accounts to ensure compliance with branch rules.
Advise branches on financing, including setting up new bank accounts and understanding taxable payments.
Handle all forms of income securely, process and reconcile accounts, and administer credit card payments.
Continuously seek to improve financial procedures and processes.
Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
