**Treasury Administrator - IMMEDIATE START**

**Job Analysis**:
Admin is required to assist with increased workload. Duties will include logging import documents, logging cash deposits from stores, the opening of cash office envelopes, general admin and filing. The role is predominately data entry with some reconciliation (req. basic maths). May occasionally need to use phone and fax. Will require good attention to detail, as with financial information involved accuracy is more critical than speed.

**Job Title**: Treasury Administrator

**Reports to**:Treasury Manager

A Treasury Administrator is required to provide administrative support to the Treasury Department.

**Main duties include**:

- Logging import documentation and resolving queries
- Logging cash deposits from stores and reconciling
- The opening of cash office envelopes, counting vouchers and logging data
- General administrative support, filing & scanning
- Any reasonable additional duties as required
- Bank payments
- Monitoring cash flow

**Core competencies**:

- Computer literacy is essential
- Good MS Excel skills
- Good attention to detail
- Pleasant telephone manner
