We're looking for an Account Development Manager to join our team in London as part of our Sales function.
You will report into the Key Account Director and work closely with the Key Accounts team to turn valuable knowledge of the client sector into commercial conversations.
Your Role: You will be responsible for growing revenue from a defined group of clients across our network agency portfolio, becoming an expert in the sector. The role carries a mixture of account management and new business responsibilities.
Building, managing and maintaining key stakeholder and influencer relationships within your Accounts - through meetings (online and offline), email and phone calls
Delivering presentations and demonstrations to ensure the client gets full value from the service collecting insights to support business case for the client to maintain and grow service levels
Work with the Global Commercial team on ad hoc projects when required i.e. smooth onboarding of new users - identify problem areas and implement new processes to improve, with tangible outcomes to measure success
Create an annual business plan to identify risk & growth opportunities as well as forecast & plan for over achievement of targets. Maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders so that you are clear on their challenges and can pinpoint exactly where the WARC service adds value for their business.
Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-Level leadership or senior lines of business executives in your respective categories
Evidence of the ability to forecast financial outcomes, identify challenges and risks and to manage a plan of action in those circumstances
Experience of presenting to groups of individuals face to face and running online demonstrations of products/services
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
