We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Technology sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join a leading technology provider.
Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP43,000 basic + Bonus + Incentives + Pension + Benefits
Account Manager / Business Development Manager s Core Duties
- Build revenue growth
- Develop and retain customers
- Foster and build upon key client relationships
- Ensure resources and equipment for hire are delivered on time
- Attend client sites to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop relationships with future and potential clients
- Create quotes, rental plans and invoices
- Prepared reports highlighting sales and trends
- Respond to customer requests
- Develop a good understanding of the products and services
Account Manager / Business Development Manager s Skills Required
- Prior experience within a sales environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good telephone manner
- Great customer services experience - friendly and can build rapport
- Ability to tailor approach for different types of customer
- Adaptable and can prioritise workload
- Good teamworking experience
- Experienced with MS Office
- Due to have a keen interest in technology
