Manager Continuous Improvement (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Logistik

Als Continuous Improvement (w/m/d) stellst Du, unter Leitung eines Teams, sicher, dass die Qualität von Produkten, Systemen und Materialien den nationalen und internationalen Normen entspricht . Außerdem bist Du verantwortlich für die Festlegung von Standards, sowie der Wirksamkeitsanalyse von Prozessen und trägst so maßgeblich zum Erfolg der Kramp Gruppe bei.

Dubist verantwortlich für:

Du treibst Änderungsinitiativen voran und unterstützt dein Team bei diesen

Bereitstellung von Schulungen oder Coachings im eigenen Fachgebiet

Interpretation von Geschäftsbedürfnissen und Identifikation von Lösungsvorschlägen von Problemen

Ansprechpartner der Operativen zur Umsetzung und Priorisierung von CI-Themen

Umsetzung und Nachhalten der Lean-Methodik

Erster Ansprechpartner für deine unterstellten Mitarbeitende, sowie die Führung und die Weiterentwicklung dieser

Implementierung und Sicherstellung von Standardprozessen im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Wer bist Du?

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Master/Diplom) mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik, Operational Excellence

Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche (E-Commerce), optimalerweise bereits in einer Führungsfunktion

Affinität und Verständnis um operative Kennzahlen und unternehmerisches Denken

Ausgeprägte Leankenntnisse, sowie Erfahrung in der Implementierung von CI-/Lean-Methodiken

Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (Microsoft Office, S&P-Lagerverwaltungssystem)

Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (Level C2) sowie Kommunikation in lokaler Sprache (Level C2)

Hohes Engagement und Belastbarkeit

Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
