Dalkia UK have a fantastic opportunity for a Projects QSHE Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Dalkia are a facilities management company. We are seeking a QSHE Advisor for a newly created position, to provide support to a number of ongoing projects with our client EDF Energy, across various locations in the UK. This is a home-based national role with travel to our offices and various project sites as needed, with most current and upcoming projects being based across the South and London areas.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week


Provide competent and definitive QSHE advice, guidance and leadership to the Projects team
Assist in actively improving QSHE standards across all EDF projects
Manage and carry out QSHE inspections on all project works across the contract
Assist in maintaining project QSHE records as required
Coach and mentor employees in QSHE induction programmes and other training required for projects
Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and other Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with Dalkia Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.
Make recommendations on matters concerning continuous improvement and “adding value” that may improve the productivity, costs, quality of service delivery etc.

NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Training experience
Project work / general construction background
