In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.

Assist in the management of contracts and procurement processes. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Monitor project schedules and budgets to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and review contract documents, including scope of work, specifications, and change orders. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes. Support the Contracts Manager in contract negotiations and dispute resolution.

Previous experience in assistant construction management or related roles. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
