One of our clients who are a very well respected Design and Build contractor are seeking a Contracts Manager. Role Overview: As a Residential Contracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of their projects, overseeing the seamless execution of contracts from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from procurement and negotiation to administration and closeout.
  • Collaborating closely with our design team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to maintain project efficiency and excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on project progress and performance.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Proven experience in residential construction project management, with a focus on contracts management in the design and build sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects of the highest quality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contractual agreements, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
