An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Key Account Manager with 5 + years of account management experience with large global accounts. You will be joining an established and growing tech company who are one of the leaders in their field and enjoy an excellent reputation. This is great opportunity to join the Senior Key Account Management team. The primarily responsibility will be the retention and growth for a defined set of accounts. In addition, the Senior Key Account Manager will be expected to develop multiple strategic relationships within the customer base. Your client facing experience within a SaaS or digital or data environment coupled with your engaging communication style would be ideal for this role.
The Senior Key Account Manager will work closely with Sales, Solution Delivery teams etc, to achieve the company’s objectives and goals for each account.
As Senior Key Account Manager through delivering an exceptional customer experience you will provide customers with a range of creative solutions that will deliver high-impact business value
Owning" the customer relationship and taking accountability for the execution of the value proposition to the customer.
~ Creation and maintenance of Accounts Plans that strategically develops the account.

5+ years account management experience managing global accounts
~ Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; Enjoys creation and delivering compelling presentation in the digital marketing space
~ A second language would be an added plus but only desirable and not essential
