Essential Qualifications & Experience

Chemistry degree , with a focus on formulation. Project management experience, specifically handling development projects within the FMCG sector, from initial brief to commercialization.

Nice to Have: Experience in formulating biocides and cosmetic products. Awareness of CLP regulations and biocidal claims substantiation testing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage research and development projects, taking them from initial brief to production scale-up.
  2. Play an active role in formulation work.
  3. Collaborate with other departments, including Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
  4. Ensure successful product launches by adhering to requested launch dates, cost targets, and claim requirements.
  5. Handle briefs from both customer requests and internal business strategy.
  6. Provide technical assistance, working closely with Operations and Quality.
  7. Support the Laboratory Supervisor as needed.
Position Requirements:

Oversee new product development, including formulation work. Maintain accurate project minutes and updates throughout the process. Present projects to key stakeholders, including Commercial and Marketing teams. Regularly communicate progress during critical project stages.

Develop and manage project timelines.
