Classroom Support is proud to collaborate with a Primary school in Westminster, seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team starting September 2024. This opportunity offers a long-term commitment extending into the next academic year, operating on a consistent long-term supply basis.
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll embark on a fulfilling journey beginning with a long-term temporary role, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position following a specified period working through Classroom Support.
Demonstrated experience in supporting children with challenging behaviours.
Ability to establish meaningful connections with pupils who struggle to engage.
Previous experience in Mainstream or SEN school settings is advantageous.
Experience supporting children with ASD or ADHD is beneficial.
Availability to commit to working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS with a children's barred check, registered on the update service.
