E&P Construction Manager Lancashire up to Cumbria 6-month contract initially £-Competitive Are you an experienced and driven E&P Construction Manager looking for your next long term contract opportunity. Do you have experience working on the delivery of 650V Signalling and Power renewables projects? Due to project wins and work pipelines my client is looking to appoint this opportunity as soon as possible. This current project covers the North West up to Cumbria, you will need to be flexible to travel and work across the full span of the project. The Responsibilities

  • Management of E&P Construction staff to deliver projects.
  • Integrate with other disciplines and support team of Design Engineers undertaking the electrical work on the Rail project.
  • Briefing staff on the latest technical and safety standards.
  • Prepare test and commissioning documents for various electrical installations from 650v signalling power to points heating installation.
  • Carry out safety checks on site, ensuring all relevant paperwork is in place.
  • Carry out safety briefings to site staff.
Requirements
  • HNC/HND/Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent related experience.
  • 18th Edition – C&Gs Level 3.
  • Appropriate experience working in Rail infrastructure environment is essential.
  • Demonstrate experience with Signalling Power supplies, points heating, HV & LV, 650V.
  • Previous experience managing multiple project sites at any one time.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Hold a current PTS.
