High-Level Account Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, including executive-level stakeholders.

Service Delivery Development:
Develop and roll out service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Implement best practices to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
Prepare and communicate high-level client reports, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Excellent organization and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in high-level account management, preferably in claims processing or a related field.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and troubleshoot issues.
