About The Role Mandeville is a 5-bed supported living service in Kidderminster providing support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, and physical disabilities to meet their personal goals and future aspirations. They support individuals to achieve their personal goals and reach their full potential and to live wonderfully normal lives in the community and their own home. The individuals they support include Kevin, who is an avid craftsman He loves to paint and has recently finished his latest project, which was to paint and decorate the garden’s new bird feeder, he did an excellent job He loves spending time in the garden and has planted lots of herbs on the windowsill to grow. Other individuals Mandeville support are big lovers of dance and often bring out the karaoke machine for a good old sing song They’re huge Christmas fans and decorate their home beautifully each year, they take trips to see the local Christmas Lights and decorate the homes Christmas tree. Team members work enable each of the individuals they support to achieve their goals. They are often sharing each of their achievements and all of the individuals they support smiles, it makes the job so much more worth while knowing the individuals we support are happy. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role.
