Position: Mental Health Worker
Type: Full-time/Part-time/Shift work
Provide direct support to individuals experiencing mental health issues, including crisis intervention and daily care.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
* Facilitate group therapy sessions and individual counselling as needed.
* Collaborate with mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
* Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Relevant experience in mental health support or a related setting is preferred.
* Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques.
