Provide general support to the Head of Compliance.
Assist in developing and enforcing the Compliance programme, focusing on anti-bribery and corruption, data protection, export control, sanctions, training, modern slavery, due diligence, and risk management.
Enforce internal policies and procedures, and help with drafting, reviewing, and circulating policies.
Review contracts from a compliance perspective, including consultancy, distribution, and supply arrangements, and assist with drafting and amending contracts.
Create and update precedent agreements in line with legal or regulatory developments for use by the Compliance team and wider business.
Support project-based work to aid the Compliance team and wider business.
Create training materials, organise and provide compliance-related training to employees.
Act as a point of contact for the wider business on compliance matters.
Build global relationships with employees to promote a strong compliance culture.
Perform compliance admin support tasks.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a compliance-focused role.
Proven compliance background with the ability to communicate on anti-bribery, export control and sanctions, modern slavery, third-party due diligence, and data protection.
Experience in writing and updating policies and delivering training.
Experience in performing compliance investigations and/or audits.
Prior experience in the aesthetic or medical device industry.
