The working hours for this role are flexible however they are ideally seeking a candidate to work on a Monday - Friday basis with a rota over weekends.

Title: Workshop Manager

With support, your role will be to maximize the output of the workshop and spare parts business by organizing and promoting repairs and routine maintenance both at their depot and out on site. From a technical / engineering background within the agricultural or construction machinery sector, you’ll be motivated by providing high standards of customer service, either remote or field based, satisfying technical parts enquiries and conducting dealer training

* You’ll have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, a helpful attitude to resolving enquiries and be flexible in reacting to time sensitive situations

* You’ll have good IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems and be able to interpret spare parts and schematic drawings

* A full UK driving licence is required
