- Working Hours: No weekend work and Monday to Friday only 8.30 - 5pm

This is a unique opportunity to join my clients expanding and very busy workshop in a brand new Workshop Controller role. They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Controller to oversee a diverse workload whilst ensuring the delivery of high quality servicing and repairs on all makes of Motorhomes. The work will include all mechanical and interior work from small tasks to full interior strip outs and refits.

Our client is searching for either an experienced Technician who is looking for a step into a more management role or an experienced Workshop Controller. The role will still require you to continue to be hands on within the workshop team (average of 3-4 hours per day) with time dedicated to ensure that the workflow management of the technical team is smooth.

The unique nature of the Motorhome/ Leisure sector means you will be dealing with over 30 different suppliers for all parts and accessories to ensure a high standard of work is continued supported with excellent communication with the customers and understanding exceeding their high expectations.
