This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to collaboration and communication across the organization.

Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of communication, marketing, and engagement strategies to support our client's mission, growth, and sector influence.
Communications Management: Oversee all internal and external communications, including PR, media relations, and customer insights, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Implement systematic approaches to stakeholder engagement and deliver national events that highlight our work.
Content Creation: Produce compelling content for various internal channels, maintaining consistent messaging and branding.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction, including organizing events and recognition programs.
Intranet Management: Manage the intranet platform to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, providing training and support to employees.
Administer engagement surveys, analyse results, and develop action plans to improve workplace culture.
Collaboration: Work closely with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
