**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for taking incoming enquiries and sending out quotations in line with our KPIs, as well as pro-actively following them up to convert to orders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails to build strong relationships and drive sales growth
* Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
* Maintain our CRM system with up-to-date customer information to ensure seamless communication and sales support
