The Leicestershire County Council is seeking a skilled Community Participation Worker to join their Cultural Participation Team. This exciting opportunity will involve developing, planning, and delivering bespoke cultural projects within the council's libraries and museums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage creative practitioners to deliver cultural activities.

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of audience research techniques and co-production/co-creation approaches.
