This is an exciting opportunity for a fixed term B7 Neuro Diversity Hub Team Leader to cover maternity leave. The Hub offers a 0-19 years approach based on early intervention and pre- and post- diagnostic support to service users and their families in a structured, easily accessible way. This holistic support is offered via a community multi-disciplinary approach including health and local authority partners. Provide leadership to all staff within the Neuro Diversity Hub.

HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists

Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
Evidence of relevant post graduate training
Clinical supervisor training
Interview/recruitment training

Knowledge, Training & Experience
Significant post-registration experience in a community setting
Professional development and clinical expertise at Masters level
Evidence of extensive knowledge and experience of working with neurodivergent children and families
Evidence of extensive knowledge and experience of working with neurodivergent children and families

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
Ability to assess and manage risk appropriately
Good computer, literacy, including skills for using internal based communications and literature.
Use of a car or access to a means of mobility to travel across the Trust footprint in line with service needs
