Main Responsibilities:
Diary management
Creating Invoices via SAGE
Updating Job list spreadsheet when payment is made
Profit & loss once a month for Mastermind Course through SAGE
Quarterly Vat Return
Saving job reports and sending them onto clients
Completing client questionnaires
Formatting documents
Keeping track of deductions and Overtime and sending this to accountant for month pay
Paying staff from business account last Friday of the month
Holiday tracker (Timetastic)
Monthly tracker reports
Paying suppliers
Spreadsheet for OHG
Booking vehicle repairs
Keeping a tab of weekly van inspections carried out by the team & chase if they haven't done so
Asking clients for reviews once work is completed
Using SOR codes (schedule of rates) this can be shown how to do
Requirements:
Excellent admin skills
Finance experience
Experience with Purchase Ledger
Ideally experience within construction/property services.
