We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Construction Tutor to join our educational team for a ASAP Start. The Tutor will work to support the delivery of high-quality education to students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to helping students succeed academically and personally.

Create and update lesson plans, training materials, and assessments based on industry standards and qualifications.

* Instruction & Delivery: Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to learners, covering construction techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

* Offer guidance and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.

* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all training activities are conducted in line with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe learning environment.

* Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with current construction trends, technologies, and regulations, integrating these into teaching.

* Teach core construction skills such as carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, and electrical work.

* Career Guidance: Advise students on career paths, apprenticeships, and opportunities in the construction industry.

* Collaboration: Work with other tutors, coordinators, and industry professionals to enhance the training program.

* This role would require a combination of practical knowledge, teaching ability, and excellent communication skills to successfully prepare students for careers in the construction industry.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education or related field preferred.

- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency with educational technology preferred.
