My client is looking for a proven Account Manager / Business Developer who is fluent in both Italian and English to support them of their next phase of growth. Based from their office in North Bedfordshire, you will become an integral member of their vibrant sales team.
You will be responsible for generating and identifying new business leads and opportunities in Italy, converting these into sales as well as managing existing key accounts
Research organisations and decision makers across a range of online and offline channels, including social media, competitor websites and trade publications in order to identify new leads and potential markets for products and services
Undertake needs analyses of potential customers to develop product and service solutions
Contacting potential customers via telephone, email and social media to introduce the company, set-up meetings where required and establish a rapport
Account manage new customers secured to ensure repeat purchase
Undertake direct marketing activities such as emails and mailings to generate sales
Follow-up marketing campaigns and incoming enquiries in a timely manner to maximise sales potential
Research and attend useful networking events to generate new sales and leads
Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s product and services portfolio
Develop sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
Keep abreast with industry and competitor marketing and sales activities Make recommendations for incentives, objection handling and marketing activities to the team to assist in maximising closing and lead generation
Undertake customer research and customer satisfaction surveys
Update and maintain the company’s CRM system, databases and other internal systems
Fluency in Italian and English
Self motivated with excellent time management skills
IT literate - MS Office and CRM systems
You will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary and bonus package.
