What you'll be doing:

Part of the Transformation Office Team, responsible for driving Change Management to all audiences (Associates and Field) on any assigned project in any market/function.

They will build, deliver and monitor the change management plan, in close collaboration with Training and Comms Leads, Project/Programme Managers, Digital Product Owners, Transformation Leads and all others relevant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

-Assess and map (from-to) the impact of the transformation changes to the market/function, including business processes and business systems in order to develop and ensure necessary support through the change

-Identify stakeholders and define management approach to ensure on-going stakeholder engagement and buy-in to the change initiatives

-Communicate the reasoning and benefits of the change to different organizational levels in order to secure buy-in

-Assess the readiness of the business for the changes, identify associated risks and issues and manage them effectively to ensure successful programme delivery

-Anticipate and address potential resistances by elaborating action plans to mitigate their impact

-Develop a detailed change management plan, demonstrating knowledge of the change process

-Create and deliver toolkits and Train the Trainer sessions that are easily adoptable and executed by associates in markets/functions

-Escalate risks and issues via the Governance framework, identifying effective solutions and recommendations for mitigation actions

-Act as an expert consultant for business transformation and change management methodologies and tools across the organization

-Act as a change agent to align stakeholders and drive lasting change

-Liaise with the Training & the Communication Teams to build comprehensive and effective plans and tools

-Monitors results constantly
