The Role

As a Partner Success Associate, you will be responsible for working with and supporting the Senior Partner Success managers to efficiently handle client requests regarding our product, as well as over-seeing the successful management of clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support in the onboarding process of new clients including task/ticket management and collaborating with the development team
  • Assist Partner Success team with providing technical support to clients including troubleshooting technical issues raised by customers and QAing
  • Management and follow up of client’s open tasks/tickets ensuring they have the relevant detail for the development and are complete in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the development team on client requests, issues and set up
  • Participating in regular client meetings, collating client feedback, and ensuring requests are noted and actioned
  • Supporting client health checks and implementing actions where required
  • Owning general account management administration including maintenance of internal and client-facing documentation.

Core Competencies and Required Experience:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Prioritize effectively
  • Ability to identify potential issues before they arise
  • Ability to read, write and speak with internal and external stakeholders in a highly professional manner
  • Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)
  • Keen attention to detail, organization, and ability to drive projects to completion
  • Experience in working independently as well as part of a team in an energetic environment
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
  • 1+ years experience in customer success/account management in the affiliate or performance marketing sector
  • Bachelor's degree
