Due to ongoingexpansion, a superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales,Commercial and Supply Chain to play a key role in the current and future growthand success of the business.

The successful candidate willwork as part of the Senior Leadership Team to deliver goals across all businessunits. There will be an opportunity for long term career advancement, ongoingtraining and regular salary reviews to reward performance and development.

KEY DUTIES SUMMARY

· Work collaboratively with the Group Leadership Team to delivergoals across all business units

· Establish a fit-for-purpose Sales, Commercial and Supply Chain organisationto underpin the sustainable process of the business

· Enable a high performing culture

· Develop and maintain healthy relationships with new and existingsuppliers to generate quality and growth opportunities

· Help develop the commercial strategies to position the companyas a customer of choice for growers and suppliers

· Manage and motivate a team of supply chain professionals

· Create and embed end to end commercial capability to balancesupply and demand requirements for short and long term provision

· Improve the profitability, cash flow and working capitalefficiency through management of supply chain and compliance.

· Develop Sales, Commercial and Supply Chain in line with longterm business vision

· Improve the gross margin and cash flow efficiency throughcommercial leadership of Sales & Supply Chain

THE PERSON

· A minimum of 5 years + relevant Head of Sales, Commercial and SupplyChain management experience within the Food Manufacturing sector to includeleadership and technical experience

· Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills

· Excellent motivator of people who believes in collaboration andteamwork

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate atthe highest level

· Strong strategic and project management experience

· Degree or equivalent relevant qualifications

· Someone who strives for excellence in everything they do

· Looking to build a long-term career with a company that willreward performance and excellence

SALARY

Anattractive salary based on experience within the range of £50k - £70k will beon offer to the successful candidate. The base salary is negotiable and willdepend on experience and what the person can bring to the role.

Inaddition, there will be an opportunity to earn a regular yearly performancebonus of £10k - £15k.
