**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Representative to join our dedicated commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling advertising space across various platforms, including print, online, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture and develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored commercial solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals to clients, ensuring competitive commercial packages and up-to-date rates and deals.
  • Commercial Package Creation: Collaborate with the editorial team to review articles and ensure the commercial viability of magazine content.
  • Sales Negotiation: Discuss and negotiate complex packages with senior stakeholders to secure new business leads and revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation: Source new business leads by identifying new clients and proposing new media and commercial advertising services.
  • Lead Processing: Effectively process inbound leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Revenue Target Achievement: Meet and exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, negotiating and closing sales deals to drive business growth.
  • Sponsorship Acquisition: Secure sponsorship for Continuous Professional Development modules and awards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or outbound telesales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving License: A clean driving license is required.

What We Offer:

An excellent package including a base salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £55,000, company pension plan, private health insurance, onsite parking, and more. A Monday-to-Friday, 8am-4.30pm office-based role.
