Responsibilities:
• Liaise with clients and ensure that clients have a positive experience;
• Prepare engagement contracts and roll over of contracts;
• Ensure clients’ onboarding tasks are completed smoothly;
• Be a Liaison Officer between Operations department and clients;
• Keep track of clients on monthly plans and ensure renewal done before contract expiry;
• Ensure that all clients’ deadlines are tracked and assist in coordinating jobs within Operations department so that clients’ deadlines are met;
• Prepare and catalogue the SOPs for the Operations team;
• Ensure all SOPs are updated timely;
• Assist in monitoring the compliance of work are carried out to the SOPs;
• Ensure clients' communication are being attended to by Operations department;
• Report directly to Director of Compliance Services on jobs status and keep track of all open jobs as well as jobs billings;
• Prepare management reports;
• Keep track and report of department's KPIs;
• Assist in the planning and executing projects related to operations department;
• In charge of clients’ accounting records movements;
• Liaise with all relevant departments on operational and clients’ matters;
• Support the Operations team where required;
• Supervise and oversee other Management Support Officers of the Company.

Requirements:
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relative field.
• Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
• Excel in MS Office and ‘back-office’ software (e.g. ERP).
• Understanding of office management and basic accounting procedures
• Experience with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
