As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Procurement Administrator to join our team.
The Procurement Administrator will join the established procurement team and will be responsible for processing orders on behalf of our group of 77 care homes. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, & invoices.
Monitoring orders against budget and flagging any concerns or discrepancies with the relevant team.
Providing general support to the wider procurement team as required
Proficient in MS Office, especially a good understanding of Excel
Excellent telephone manner
