About the Home:

Mill Lane specialises in residential, nursing and dementia care for the elderly living in Suffolk and can accommodate up to 27 residents. The home has a warm and homely atmosphere from the minute you walk through the door and it has an enviable reputation within the local community for its high quality care.

About you:

At Healthcare Homes, we are passionate about delivering an excellent standard of care and support to our residents and colleagues. Our Registered Managers lead by example, managing a team of nurses, carers and support staff to meet our residents needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home. A registered general nurse with a valid pin would be desirable.
