Product Quality Specialist (Methods and Tools) Location: Bolton (Relocation Package available) Work Arrangement: Flexible approach to onsite and remote working, typically 1-2 days a week on site Salary: £45,000 depending on experience What We Can Offer You: Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year) Pension: Maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14% Overtime: Opportunity for paid overtime Flexi Leave: Up to 15 additional days Enhanced parental leave: Offers up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption, and shared parental leave. This role is a unique opportunity to lead improvements in product assurance and quality by leveraging advanced software and data analytics tools. You will be instrumental in redefining our approach to quality management, collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement innovative software solutions and drive operational improvements. As a Quality Assurance Systems Specialist, you will work in a dynamic, international environment that values innovation, integrity, and teamwork. Manage the setup of new users, maintain user accounts, and perform regular reviews to ensure system security and effective use. Lead the development, testing, and deployment of new tools and dashboards to enhance quality management and business intelligence capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage software release and change cycles, ensuring all changes are well-documented and communicated. Drive corrective actions and process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Manage SAP/QM configurations and customizations, supporting the migration to SAP HANA and ensuring seamless system integration. Participate in process harmonization efforts across international teams and contribute to developing a cohesive Quality Assurance strategy. Explore and apply AI and advanced data analytics techniques to develop innovative quality management solutions.What We're Looking for From You: Operational experience in product quality management. Experience of working in an aerospace/defence engineering business - preferred, not essential. Working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP QM / SAP HANA, together with SAP project and change management experience - beneficial, but not essential. Strong communication skills. Highly self-motivated, demonstrating determination and persistence to deliver results.
