Anabas are a dynamic, national Facilities Management company whose focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers who look for a great workplace experience.
We are looking to recruit an energetic and driven Senior Workplace Managerto provide overall delivery of 5-star M&E / TFM service to our client, ensuring that building services, planned and reactive works and projects are effectively completed by the local service delivery team and specialist sub contractors.
The ideal candidate will bring high energy and drive to the role along with outstanding customer service, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A key part of the Team,the Workplace Manager (TFM) will lead the local FM team to provide a safe and highly effective workplace for the client, through the delivery of exceptional standards and brilliant basics in service delivery. You will effectively manage the client relationship where TFM services are provided, with a focus on the successful management of M&E services and projects.
This role is based in Milton Keynes with an annual salary offered of £55,00 and 33 days holiday a year including bank holidays.
A flexible approach is required for this role to meet the needs of the business.

As an inspirational leader you will motivate and challenge the Anabas team at our client site to deliver the highest possible standards of service, with a particular focus on the employee/visitor journey and the impact of these at the point of service delivery.
Ensuring the implementation of quality control and performance measurement procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service, quality and compliance with the specifications of our contracts
You will build excellent relationships with clients, developing effective account management strategies and encouraging strong relationships between management teams and representatives
Suitable applicants will have demonstrate your skills and experience in the following areas:
- 10 years experience in Corporate Facilities Management.
- Strong technical/M&E knowledge encompassing all integral building maintenance, statutory compliance and health and safety requirements.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully leading and managing complex technical projects
- Strong technical knowledge encompassing all integral building maintenance, statutory compliance and health and safety requirements.
- Experience of robustly managing budgets, processes and managing teams and customer relationships.
- Customer driven and focused on continuous improvement.
- Able to communicate professional, concise, and accurate information in written and verbal formats.
- Willingness to challenge assumptions and find new solutions working with colleagues.
