Customer Service Administrator based in Normanton(21k-24k)

One of the UK’s most successful wholesaler & distributor is looking to enhance their customer support function based in the heart of Normanton.

You will be joining a young vibrant support team dealing with incoming product enquiries via phone and email, processing sales orders and advising customers of the progress of their orders.

Key Duties include:

  • Processing Customer Sales Orders via email and telephone;
  • Responsible for checking product availability, delivery dates and advising clients of any back order dates;
  • Respond to all incoming requests and taking ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring these are resolved in a timely manner;

The ideal candidate will bring vibrancy to this young team along with

  • Experience working in a customer service role or office environment;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • A friendly, professional telephone manner and attitude;
  • A high focus and passion to provide the highest level of service to our customers;
  • The ability to work well both individually and as part of a team;
  • A ‘can do’ attitude with an interest to learn
