What Will You Be Doing?

As a Sales Development Representative, youll be at the heart of our growth efforts, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Heres what youll be up to:

  • Managing Pipelines: Youll keep track of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Working with our sales, marketing, and product teams, youll contribute to strategies that drive results.
  • Staying Industry-Savvy: Youll stay informed about industry trends and market insights, always looking for new opportunities.
  • Performance Reporting: Youll provide regular updates on your progress, sharing insights with our management team.

How Does Our Application Process Work?

Heres what to expect in our application process:

  • Apply Online: Submit your CV and answer a few quick questions to get started.
  • Short Pre-Recorded Video Interview : If shortlisted, youll be invited to complete a brief pre-recorded video interview. This is your chance to introduce yourself and give us a sense of your personality and enthusiasm for the role.
  • Initial Interview and Online Assessment : After the video interview, well arrange an initial interview with a member of our Talent Team and send you an online assessment to complete.
  • Group Assessment Day: Join us on 11or 12 December at our Manchester office (M1 4DY) . Youll take part in a group exercise and roleplay activity alongside candidates for our Customer Renewals roles. This is your chance to show us your skills and experience IRISs culture firsthand
