What You'll Do As a Project Coordinator at Datel, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of high-quality Bespoke Software Solutions. Your primary responsibility involves serving as the key link between our Sales teams, esteemed customers, and the dedicated technical delivery team.
Daily, you will coordinate and supervise a portfolio of concurrent small projects. This includes the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. You will also analyse project risks and opportunities, actively managing scope and change control.
Your mission is to ensure the timely completion of these projects while meeting defined quality standards and ensuring accurate change control, all in accordance with Datel's established project methodology. Throughout this process, you will keep all stakeholders informed about progress and potential challenges, fostering transparency and collaboration.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator is tasked with ensuring the timely completion of all projects, within specified scope, and meeting high-quality standards.
