The role

We are currently looking for a (Senior) Pricing Analytics Manager, based in London or Paris or Barcelona, to be part of the pricing function sitting in the Value Creation team.

This role will:

(i) support building the foundations of the Global Pricing function in terms of pricing strategy, standards and tools,

(ii) support the local markets in modeling pricing structure and points and act as the pricing stakeholder for all negotiations which do not fall under Stuart standard pricing (i.e. all big negotiations with key and biggest clients) and

(iii) analyse & track existing and new pricing performance to identify potential uplift creating value for Stuart.

You will join the Strategy & planning department and will report to Marie-Joe Salloum based in London, Head of Value Creation.

What will I be doing?

-Act as the pricing stakeholder for local markets and collaborate with local commercial teams through a structured governance to support client negotiations (for all the negotiations outside Stuart standard pricing catalog)

-Use data analytics to build pricing models and make informed decisions and recommendations on the pricing to be proposed, in line with the overall pricing strategy

-Analyze in details the key drivers of Stuart cost structure and leverage inputs from operations and tech to forecast these costs and define the optimum pricing

-Collaborate with pricing strategy, sales, finance and product team to ensure pricing decisions are consistent with company’s overall business goals, pricing strategy and product positioning

-Support in building the team’s foundations related to Stuart standard pricing in terms of strategy, analysis and tools

-Review pricing terms in current contracts, in order to identify potential uplift

-Build and continuously improve pricing process for these key negotiations

-Regularly evaluate on the performance of pricing initiatives and amend accordingly

What do we need from you?

-6/7+ years of experience with prior experience in Finance, pricing or data analytics

-Previous exposure to pricing or commercial negotiation is mandatory

-Advanced SQL and Tableau is mandatory - Python is a plus

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset

-Ability to build relationships and credibility with senior leaders and influence stakeholders

-Attitude: flexibility, open for new challenges, comfortable with change and navigating ambiguity

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills

-Fluency in English required
