Community Psychiatric Nurse for Adult Mental Health - Manchester

Role: Community Psychiatric Nurse (Adults)
Band: 6

Pay Rate: £26 per hour
What’s a Day Like as a Community Psychiatric Nurse? As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you’ll be the lifeline for adults in need of mental health support within the community. Community Engagement: You’ll visit patients where they feel most comfortable, offering tailored support to meet their unique needs.
Patient Connection: Your ability to listen, understand, and empathize with patients will be key in helping them manage their mental health. Safety First: You’ll conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe environment, helping patients feel secure as they navigate their mental health journey.
Qualifications: Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
Hands-on community experience, especially with adult patients.
